What You’ll Do
- Manage the full fulfillment cycle: sourcing products, coordinating purchases, overseeing remote product acceptance, branding, packaging, and shipment to recipients.
- Coordinate closely with suppliers, manufacturers, warehouses, and courier services.
- Track and manage delivery timelines to ensure orders are completed on schedule.
- Maintain inventory records and prepare simple reports on orders and related expenses.
- Ensure a high level of client experience through accurate and timely deliveries.
- Communicate with clients and support them in operational chats.
- Handle unexpected situations such as delivery delays, returns, damaged goods, or logistics issues.
- Continuously improve fulfillment processes and identify more efficient operational solutions.
